On Wednesday 21st June , an exclusive Felicitation & Blessing program to felicitate Ms. Ishita Kishor, topper of UPSC CSE 2023. was organised in New Delhi.
Ishita Kishore emerged as the top ranker among these 933 candidates. Her marksheet has been making rounds on the internet. Ishita scored a total of 1,094 marks, with 901 in her written exam and 193 marks in the personality test.
This gathering of Kayastha fraternity was organized under the banner of ‘Sangat – Pangat’, a campaign of Kayasthas started in 2015. The founder of Sangat – Pangat is Shri Raj Kishore Sinha, who owns Group S (SIS), the largest private security and allied services company in India. He was earlier Rajya Sabha member also.During the program Shri Raj Kishore Sinha explained about our community Sristikarnam routs on stage (Video for reference).
